I’ve always wanted to help others with their problems. When I was a kid, I comforted my friends when they were sad, held them when they were crying, befriended them when others bullied them. I longed for a way to bring relief any time I saw heartache.
As I grew older, I experienced my own heartache and depression. But I loved spiritual ideas and was fascinated by psychology. I dove into every teaching I could find to help myself learn about the soul and to find my own healing.
My journey led me to study the gamut of possibilities. I learned hatha yoga and Transcendental Meditation; massage, T’ai Chi, and Qigong; western psychology and eastern religion; Re-evalutaion Cocounseling, Nonviolent Communicaton, and Feldenkrais Awaremess Through Movement. I sought traditional and spiritual healing of many stripes. And I tried to help others with my understanding of all these practices.
Then I learned The Sedona Method, or The Release Technique, and the spiritual psychology called The Three Principles. Eventually this led me to something called Nondualism, or 'the direct path.' I discovered that this understanding helped meet the intangible needs of my clients and my own heart. Best of all, it was completely organic to each individual and allowed me and my clients to discover healing from within.
Learning and practicing this also opened the floodgates to my innate intuition and healing ability. The healing I experienced led me naturally to helping others with this new understanding. Along with years of study, practice, and heartfelt compassion, this allows me to empathize with my clients, and guide them gently yet surely to their own answers.
Sydney is a brilliant coach. She has a way of honing in to the central issue of what you 'think' is going on... not only naming it, but skillfully, and nearly instantly, releasing the 'charge' around it, resulting in seeing things more clearly and feeling calmer, more centered. She brings the magic!

Sydney works intuitively in her coaching and brings a sense of joy to our interactions. As she works with me, I always feel that she has my well-being at heart.

Sydney has been my release coach for over a year and after each session I feel lifted and freer than before. I trust that what comes up at the point of deciding what to release on is the best thing to work on during the session and it is always an empowering journey! I have attended other release trainings and Sydney does things a little differently than what I have experienced elsewhere. She tunes in and helps me open my mind to seeing things in a different way which is more resourceful, uplifting and positive. The coaching session is akin to a soothing hypnotherapy session though it is definitely not hypnosis! I highly recommend you book a session to experience the magic for yourself!
